Qualifications for 501c3 Partners
Participating Partners Agree to the following:

In operation using best practices for at least 3 years

3 years of most recent 990 taxes showing no more than 10% in administrative and fundraising cost, 90% or more to programs.

Synergistic operations in harmony with guidelines as posted on website of the United Nations, UN development bank and USAID
4. Willing to participate in ongoing online reporting, including uploading photos and video of project progress monthly: EHA calls this "See the Change".

5. Participate in needs assessment and evaluation survey in the indigious communities served on an on-going basis: rotating through communities so that each community is surveryed and data collected once per year.

6. All programs and projects funded must have a business plan in the form of a one-page executive summary including budget.

7. Sustainable programs and projects must also be in harmony with EHA's seven general HEART Programs:
