Deposit for a North American epic adventure. Deposits are per person and the epic adventure will be customized based on interests and abilities of the adventurer.
Donations / payments are NOT refundable, unless an EHA expedition or adventure is cancelled for safety concerns by epicHEART. Safety issues include political unrest or health crises such as COVID 19.

If, as a participant you need to cancel / postpone, you may 1) designate your payment as a donation, or 2) transfer your payment(s) to a future expedition or adventure, so long as epicHEART has not incurred non-refundable expenses associated with your planned participation. Generally, within 90 days prior to the expedition or adventure, no credit is available for participant cancellation.
