This Deposit will reserve your place on a Latin America expedition of your choice. Final Prices will reflect the details of the actual expedition. You sre responsible for your own travel to the specified rendezvous point.
Donations / payments are NOT refundable, unless an EHA expedition or adventure is cancelled for safety concerns by epicHEART. Safety issues include political unrest or health crises such as COVID 19.

If, as a participant you need to cancel / postpone, you may 1) designate your payment as a donation, or 2) transfer your payment(s) to a future expedition or adventure, so long as epicHEART has not incurred non-refundable expenses associated with your planned participation. Generally, within 90 days prior to the expedition or adventure, no credit is available for participant cancellation.
