Latin America Epic Adventure Deposit

Donations / payments are NOT refundable, unless an EHA expedition or adventure is cancelled for safety concerns by epicHEART.  Safety issues include political unrest or health crises such as COVID 19.

If, as a participant you need to cancel / postpone, you may 1) designate your payment as a donation, or 2) transfer your payment(s) to a future expedition or adventure, so long as epicHEART has not incurred non-refundable expenses associated with your planned participation.  Generally, within 90 days prior to the expedition or adventure, no credit is available for participant cancellation.

All adventure members are responsible for their own round-trip travel to the rendezvous point as listed in your adventure detail.

If your adventure is combined with an humanitarian expedition, travel from the expedition end to the adventure will be included in your adventure cost.
